We pledge to do our utmost to meet and exceed your expectations at all times.
Return Policy Terms and Conditions
We understand that circumstances may lead to the need for returns, and we want to make this process as transparent and convenient as possible. Please review the following terms and conditions of our return policy:
- Unused, uninstalled, and resalable merchandise in new condition and in its original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise specified on the product page.
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- A restocking fee of 15%-30% may apply depending on the brand.
- Some brands may have a return request window of less than 30 days.
- Our return policy covers cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refused at the time of delivery.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your return experience, and we're here to make it as straightforward as possible. Here's how the refund process works:
- Refunds will be issued for the product price minus any applicable fees and charges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
- Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used for the original purchase within 10 business days of processing.
The Following Cannot Be Returned
Certain items are not eligible for return under our policy:
- Products covered by parts under the manufacturer's warranty.
- Products with opened original manufacturer packaging.
- Products that have been removed from their original manufacturer packaging.
It is essential that you return the merchandise in a new, resalable condition. Refunds will only be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected.
In the event that your product sustains damage during shipping, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange for a replacement and the retrieval of the damaged product. Refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.
Many of our products come with at least a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty details can be found under the "Warranty" tab on the product page. If you encounter any manufacturer's defects, please inform us, and we will assist you in obtaining replacement parts or replacing the product at no additional cost.
- It is your responsibility to return the product in new condition and its original packaging to the correct warehouse.
- We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
- If we receive an item in unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to deny your return.
- Damaged items may require you to file a claim with your shipping company.
- Used items may either be disposed of or returned to you at your expense.
- Damaged or used items will be retained in our warehouse for a maximum of 30 business days unless otherwise instructed by you in writing before disposal.
- Allow 7-14 business days after the delivery of the returned item for our Customer Service Department to inspect the return and process your refund.
- If you attempt to return an item without a return authorization, past 30 days, or in unacceptable condition, it may be refused or shipped back to you at your cost. If we accept the return, additional fees may apply.
